文章以面向生长干部学员的武警部队财务专业实践教学改革为研究对象,简述实践教学改革的意义,分析遇到的问题及原因,并探讨实践教学改革的目标及途径。要构建以提高任职能力和业务素质为导向的专业人才培养模式,着重完善财务专业实践教学体系,建立教学效果评价机制,培养适应部队任职需要的应用型、实战化财务人才。

This paper takes the practical teaching reform of the financial major of the armed police force as the research object,briefly describes the significance of the practical teaching reform,analyzes the problems and causes,and probes into the objectives and ways of the practical teaching reform.It is necessary to build a professional talent training mode oriented by improving the professional ability and professional quality,focus on improving the practical teaching system of financial specialty,establish the teaching effect evaluation mechanism,and cultivate applied and practical financial talents to meet the requirements of the army.
