摘要
目的:探究神经肌肉训练对甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine,MA)成瘾者情绪状态的改善作用及其大脑活动特征。方法:采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)渴求度自评量表、状态特质焦虑量表和情绪图片观看任务,借助事件相关电位(event-related potential,ERP)技术,分别从行为与大脑活动层面,对比16周神经肌肉训练与有氧运动训练的干预效果,并对其进行相关分析。结果:相比于有氧运动组和对照组,神经肌肉训练显著提升了正性高唤醒图片诱发的MA成瘾者额区的N2波幅,显著降低了状态特质焦虑水平与渴求度水平。神经肌肉训练组正性高唤醒图片的N2波幅与状态特质焦虑量表得分显著正相关。结论:神经肌肉训练干预能够有效提高MA成瘾者对正性情绪刺激的大脑活动水平,从而有利于恢复其对积极情绪的敏感性,提升欣快感体验。
Objective:To investigate the effect of neuromuscular training on improving the emotional state of methamphetamine addicts and the characteristics of their brain activities.Methods:This study used Vas self-rating craving scale,state trait anxiety scale and emotional picture viewing task with the help of event-related potential(ERP)to compare the intervention effects of 16 week neuromuscular training and aerobic exercise from the behavioral and brain activity levels respectively and then carried on the correlation analysis.Results:Compared with the aerobic exercise group and the control group,neuromuscular training significantly increased N2 amplitude in frontal region of MA addicts induced by high arousal positive pictures,and it significantly reduced the level of anxiety and craving.In the neuromuscular training group,N2 amplitude of high arousal positive images was significantly positively correlated with the scores of the state trait anxiety scale.Conclusions:Neuromuscular training intervention can effectively improve the brain activity level of MA addicts to positive emotional stimulation,which is conducive to the recovery of their sensitivity to positive emotions and enhance the euphoria experience.
