乳腺癌患者心理弹性量表的汉化及信效度检验

Reliability and Validity Test of the Chinese Version of Breast Cancer Survivors Resilience Scale

目的翻译乳腺癌患者心理弹性量表并检验其信效度。方法遵循Brislin模型对量表进行翻译,经过两轮德尔菲专家咨询形成最终量表。用中文版乳腺癌患者心理弹性量表对200名乳腺癌患者进行测试,以检验其信度和效度。结果中文版乳腺癌患者心理弹性量表经过因子分析最大方差正交旋转法,共提取2个因子、16个条目,累计贡献率为73.666%。量表共有个体保护(11个条目)和社会保护(5个条目)2个维度。总量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.948,个体保护维度Cronbach’sα系数0.931,社会保护维度Cronbach’sα系数0.943;总量表的折半信度为0.918;重测信度为0.905。量表各条目I-CVI为0.858~1.00,总量表S-CVI/Ave为0.947。结论中文版乳腺癌患者心理弹性量表的信度、效度良好,可作为衡量我国乳腺癌患者心理弹性的有效量表。

Objective To translate the English version of the breast cancer survivors resilience scale(BCRS)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity of the Chinese version.Methods The scale was translated according to the Brislin Model,and the final version was settled after two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version were tested with 200 breast cancer patients.Results The cumulative contribution rate of the Chinese version of BCSRS was 73.666%by the factor analysis of the maximum variance orthogonal rotation method.Two dimension were extracted,including 16 items.The first dimension was individual protection factors with 11 items and the second dimension was social protection factors with 5 items.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.948 and the Cronbach’sαcoefficients of each dimension were 0.931 and 0.943 respectively.The half reliability of the total scale was 0.918 while the test-retest reliability was 0.905.The I-CVI of each item was 0.858-1.00,and the S-CVI/Ave of total scale was 0.947.Conclusions The Chinese version of BCSRS has good reliability and validity,which can be used as an effective scale to measure resilience of breast cancer patients in China.
