基于“五行生克制化”五行音乐疗法治疗康复期戒毒人员抑郁状态疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect of the five-element music therapy on the depression of drug addicts in rehabilitation period based on the five elements generation and restriction

[目的]基于五行生克制化理论,探究五行音乐疗法对康复期戒毒人员抑郁状态的影响。[方法]将符合标准的60例康复期抑郁状态戒毒人员随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组予以常规戒治手段,治疗组在此基础上,合用中医五行音乐疗法治疗,疗程均为4周。结局观察指标为:抑郁自评量表(SDS)、稽延性戒断症状量表(PWS)评分;血清神经递质5羟色胺(5-HT)及多巴胺(DA)相对表达量。[结果]治疗4周后,治疗组SDS评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),治疗组PWS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组SDS评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.01),治疗组PWS评分较对照组降低(P<0.05)。治疗组血清5-HT含量较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),治疗组血清DA含量较治疗前升高(P<0.05),对照组血清5-HT、DA含量较治疗前无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗组血清5-HT、DA含量较对照组显著升高(P<0.01)。[结论]五行音乐疗法有助于重塑康复期戒毒人员健康身心,提高生活质量,效果优于常规戒治手段,有效改善康复期戒毒人员的抑郁状态。

[Objective]Based on the five elements generation and restriction theory,to explore the influence of the five elements music therapy on the depressive state of drug addicts in rehabilitation period.[Methods]A total of 60 detoxified detoxification patients with depression during rehabilitation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conventional abstinence treatment,and the treatment group,on this basis,combined with the five elements of traditional Chinese medicine music therapy treatment,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The outcome measures were:depression Selfrating Scale(SDS),Protracted Withdrawal Symptoms Scale(PWS),relative expression levels of serum neurotransmitters 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and dopamine(DA).[Results]After 4 weeks of treatment,SDS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01);PWS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);SDS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and PWS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The content of serum 5-HT in the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01);the content of serum DA in the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),while the content of serum 5-HT and DA in the control group was not significantly different than that before treatment(P>0.05).The serum 5-HT and DA levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The five-element music therapy is helpful to reconstruct the physical and mental health and improve the quality of life of drug addicts during rehabilitation period,its effect is better than conventional means of abstinence,and it can effectively improve the depression of drug addicts during rehabilitation period.
