摘要
杂粮营养价值全面,具有很好的保健功效,可有效预防多种疾病,长期食用可改善人体健康。对几种杂粮的营养价值、挤压改性杂粮粉及挤压改性杂粮复配粉的国内外研究与应用现状进行阐述,旨在促进解决杂粮的连食性问题,推动杂粮产业化发展。
Coarse cereals nutrition value is comprehensive,and have good health care effects.It can effectively prevent a variety of diseases,long-term consumption helping improve human health.Focus on the nutritional value of several kinds of coarse cereals,the domestic and foreign research and application status of extruded modified coarse cereals powder and extruded modified coarse cereals compound powder,aiming at solving the problem of continuous feeding of coarse cereals and further promoting the industrialization development of coarse cereals.
