摘要
针对轮轨接触损伤模拟装置进行研究,设计一种接近于实际工况的新型轮轨接触损伤模拟试验台,通过轮对驱动系统与中央驱动系统双驱动形式,实现控制模拟纵向蠕滑率与运行工况,通过相似定理计算了小比例试验台结构参数与蠕滑力相似关系,理论计算了最小曲线通过半径为0.679m,最大脱轨系数为0.67,蠕滑力相似性误差低于10%。验证了新型试验台的实用性与安全运行要求。
A new type of wheel rail contact high-frequency vibration test-bed is designed based on the research of wheel rail contact damage simulation device,which is close to the actual working condition.The longitudinal creep rate and operating condition are controlled and simulated through the dual driving form of wheelset driving system and central driving system.The similarity relationship between the structural parameters and creep force of the small scale test-bed is calculated through the similarity theorem,and the minimum creep force is calculated theoretically.The radius of the curve is 0.679m,the maximum derailment coefficient is 0.67,and the similarity error of creep force is less than 10%.The practicability and safe operation requirements of the new test-bed are verified.
