摘要
为了满足单、双发输入直升机传动系统主减速器的试验需求,提高设备的利用率、通用性、便利性,降低系统的能耗,宜采用电功率封闭结构设计主减试验器。以双发输入构型为例,对系统进行结构分析,介绍了控制技术及方式,引入速度环饱和及转矩限幅技术,满足了试验器的技术需求。
In order to meet the test requirements of main reducer of helicopter transmission system with single engine and double engine input,improve the utilization,versatility,convenience of equipment,and reduce the energy consumption of the system,the electric power closed structure should be adapted to design the main reducer tester.Taking the double engine input configuration as an example,the structure of the system is analyzed,the control technology and mode are introduced,and the speed loop saturation and torque limiting control technology are introduced to meet the technical requirements of the tester.
