基于CiteSpace的高校图书馆在新冠肺炎疫情期间的服务研究

Research on the Services of University Library during the Epidemic Period of COVID-19 Pneumonia Based on CiteSpace

新冠疫情改变了高校师生阅读和获取文献资源的方式,从而改变了高校图书馆的服务模式。以CNKI期刊的相关论文为数据源,以可视化图谱分析软件CiteSpace为研究工具,对新冠疫情发生以来国内高校图书馆服务进行了研究,从多个角度绘制了知识图谱并结合文献进行了分析,从而总结出疫情期间高校图书馆服务的主要内容和方向,其研究结果可为后续高校图书馆工作提供借鉴。

COVID-19 has changed the way of reading and obtaining literature resources by university teachers and students,thus changing the service mode of university library.Taking the related papers of CNKI periodicals as the data sources and using the visualized graph analysis software CiteSpace as the research tool,this paper studies the services of university libraries in China since the outbreak of COVID-19,and draws the knowledge graphs from multiple angles and analyzes them with literature,so as to summarizes the main contents and directions of university library’s services during the epidemic period,the research results of which can provide reference for the future work of university library.
