妊娠合并糖尿病产妇的产后综合护理干预分析

Analysis of Postpartum Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Pregnant Women with Diabetes

目的探讨妊娠合并糖尿病产妇的产后综合护理干预方法与效果。方法选取2019年4月—2020年4月期间在该院分娩的妊娠合并糖尿病患者76例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(36例)和观察组(40例)。对照组产后给予血糖管理、健康指导等常规干预。观察组增加产后综合护理,观察两组患者产后不同时间段血糖变化,并监测两组焦虑、抑郁情绪变化,同时对比两组产褥期疾病和母乳喂养情况。结果观察组产后24 h、42 d和3个月空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)指标水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组产褥期疾病发生率为22.22%,显著高于观察组(5.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后综合护理干预可有效提升患者产后血糖控制效果,并有助于减轻产后负性情绪反应,预防产褥期疾病,提升母乳喂养率,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the postpartum comprehensive nursing intervention methods and effects for pregnant women with diabetes.Methods A total of 76 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who gave birth in the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(36 cases)and an observation group(40 cases).The control group was given routine interventions such as blood glucose management and health guidance after delivery.The observation group increased postpartum comprehensive care,observed the changes in blood glucose of the two groups of patients at different time periods after delivery,and monitored the changes in anxiety and depression of the two groups,and compared the two groups of puerperal diseases and breastfeeding.Results The fosting blood glucose(FBG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)index levels of the observation group at 24 h,42 d and 3 months postpartum were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of puerperal diseases in the control group was 22.22%,which was significantly higher than that in the observation group(5.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive postpartum nursing intervention can effectively improve the effect of postpartum blood glucose control in patients,and help reduce postpartum negative emotional reactions,prevent puerperal diseases,and increase breastfeeding rate.It has high clinical application value.
