摘要
从甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)诱变抗旱花生品种后代突变材料中筛选到9份早熟材料,为了解这些材料与对照品种在花生萌发期抗旱性差异,研究采用18%PEG-6000室内模拟干旱胁迫条件,在花生萌发期测定与抗旱性相关的形态性状和指标,并利用隶属函数法对上述10份花生材料种子的相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数和根长胁迫指数5个测定指标进行抗旱性综合评价。结果表明,干旱胁迫时10份花生材料的发芽率和发芽势之间存在显著差异;活力指数相较其他4个测定指标反应更敏感;10份供试材料在萌发期的抗旱性存在显著差异,其中,4-8601的抗旱性度量综合评价值(D值)最大,抗旱性最强,超过对照品种晋花8号,其他8份材料的D值均小于对照品种,抗旱性相对较弱。
Nine early maturing materials were selected from the offspring mutant materials of drought-resistant peanut varieties induced by Ethyl Methanesulfonate(EMS).To understand the difference of drought resistance between mutant materials and the control varieties during the peanut germination period,18%PEG-6000 was used as drought stress condition in this study.Morphological traits and indexes related to drought resistance were determined during peanut germination period.The subordinate function method was used to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance of five determination indexes of relative germination rate,relative germination potential,relative germination index,relative vigor index and root length stress index of 10 peanut materials.The results showed that there were significant differences between germination rate and germination potential of 10 peanut materials under drought stress.The activity index was more sensitive than the other four measurement indexes.10 tested materials had differences in drought resistance at germination stage.The comprehensive evaluation D value of drought resistance measurement of 4-8601 was the largest,and its drought resistance was the strongest,which was higher than that of the control variety Jinhua 8.The D values of the other eight materials were smaller than those of the control variety,and the drought resistance was relatively weakened.
