摘要
目前,水利工程重建轻管的问题突出,对比并评价了水利工程管理模式,为水利工程管理的决策提供依据。梳理了水利工程管理的影响因素,构建综合评价体系和模型,选取云南典型水利工程管理实例,运用层次分析法综合赋权,定量评价水利工程管理。结合评价结果和现行传统水利工程管理的典型问题,提出了推行物业化管理模式的相关建议。
At present,problem of light management in the reconstruction of water conservancy projects is prominent. Management mode of water conservancy projects were compared and evaluated to provide a basis for decision making of water conservancy project management. First,influence factors of water conservancy project management were combed. A comprehensive evaluation system and model was built. Selecting typical of Yunnan water conservancy project management as an example,using analytic hierarchy process comprehensive empowerment,quantitative evaluation of water conservancy project management was done.Combining with evaluation results and typical problems of current traditional water conservancy project management implementation of property management mode,related suggestions were put forward.
