摘要
步进电机控制精度高,在自动化生产线中有着广泛的应用。针对步进电机的运行控制,设计了一种基于CPLD的步进电机控制系统,在MAX+PLUSII软件环境下,采用Verilog HDL语言对CPLD进行编程,通过DP-MCU/Altera综合仿真实验仪实现了步进电机四相单双四拍、四相八拍的运行控制,并可以根据实际情况选择不同的工作模式。CPLD步进电机控制系统采用模块化设计,程序编写简单且扩展性能良好,降低控制成本达到30%,为步进电机的运行控制提供了一种新的思路和实现方法。
Stepping motor has high control accuracy and is widely used in automatic production line.For the operation control of stepping motor,a control system of stepping motor based on CPLD is designed.In MAX+PLUSII software environment,the CPLD is programmed with Verilog HDL language,and the four phases single double four steps and four phases eight steps operation control and working mode selection of stepping motor are realized by DP-MCU/Altera comprehensive simulation experiment instrument.The CPLD stepping motor control system adopts the modular design,the program is easy to write and has good expansibility,the control cost is reduced by 30%.It provides a new idea and implementation method for the control of stepping motor.
