新时代推进体育课程思政改革的理论认知与实践路径 被引量:109

摘要 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法以及系统分析法,在分析体育课程思政理论认知基础上探讨体育课程思政的实践路径。认为:(1)课程思政既非一门课程,也非将思政课程的教学内容简单迁移到其他课程,而指以构建全员、全程、全课程育人格局的形式将各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应,把立德树人作为教育根本任务的一种综合教育理念,具有教育属性、经济属性和社会属性;体育课程思政建设以体育课程为载体融入社会主义核心价值观、中华民族优秀传统文化、理想信念、时代精神、中国榜样等思政元素,实现思想政治教育渗透于体育教学各环节和全过程,进而有效发挥体育课程的德育价值与德育功能,促使学生德智体美劳全面发展的综合育人理念。其本质特点在于“寓德于体、融道于术”,优势主要包括国家政策大力支持、理论实践互为促进、体育强国建设需求。为了落实新时代要求体育课程思政建设已十分紧迫,必须加快自身建设步伐。(2)在体育课程思政改革的实践路径方面,需聚焦体育教学过程中的不同主体与关键环节,强化教师主力军、优化课程主战场、拓宽课堂主渠道、利用教学反馈环、校准评价度量尺,确保体育课程思政育人效果提升。(3)在体育课程思政改革的具体实施策略上,必须从国家战略高度出发,系统谋划、精准发力,确保体育课程思政改革能够有效推进:做好顶层设计,精准把握体育课程思政推进路径;组建执行队伍,切实打赢体育课程思政建设攻坚战;完善保障机制,全面提升体育课程思政工作执行效率;加强管理与监督,促使体育课程思政建设平稳有序推进。 On the basis of the analysis physical education curriculum ideological and political theory cognition,this research used the literature method,the logic analysis method and the system analysis method,and discussed the physical education(PE)curriculum ideological and political practice path.Ideological and political course is neither a course nor a simple transfer of the teaching content of ideological and political courses to other courses,but refers to the construction of the whole staff,the whole course,the whole curriculum education pattern of all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses in the same direction,forming a synergistic effect,taking foster virtue through education as a basic task of education as a comprehensive educational concept,with have educational attributes,economic attributes and social attributes;The ideological and political construction in PE curriculum integrates the socialist core values,the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,the ideal and belief,the spirit of the times,the Chinese example and other ideological and political elements with the PE curriculum as the carrier to realize the ideological and political education infiltrating into all aspects and processes of PE teaching.Its essential characteristic lies in“putting virtue in the body,integrating the way in the skill”,the superiority mainly includes the national policy vigorously supports,the theory practice mutually promotes,the sports powerful nation construction demand,In order to implement the requirements of the new era,the current PE curriculum ideological and political construction has been very urgent,must speed up the self-construction step.In the practical path of the ideological and political reform in PE curriculum,we should focus on the different subjects and key links in the process of PE teaching,strengthen the main force of teachers,optimize the main battlefield of the curriculum,broaden the main channel of the classroom,use the teaching feedback loop and calibrate the evaluation scale to ensure the improvement of the effect of ideological and political education in PE curriculum.In the specific implementation strategy of the ideological and political reform in PE curriculum,we must proceed from the national ideological strategy,plan systematically and make accurate efforts to ensure that the ideological and political reform in PE curriculum can be effectively promoted:do a good job of top-level design,accurately grasp the path of ideological and political promotion in PE curriculum;set up executive teams to effectively win the battle against ideological and political construction in PE curriculum;improve the safeguard mechanism and improve the efficiency of ideological and political work in PE curriculum;strengthen management and supervision to promote the smooth and orderly construction of ideological and political construction in PE curriculum.
