摘要
从两个方面介绍了近年来自修复热固性树脂材料的发展现状和研究进展。在本征型自修复方面(主要利用分子间相互作用进行修复和利用热可逆交联反应进行修复)的研究,包括利用可逆Diels-Alder反应、可逆双硫键和氢键等赋予热固性树脂材料自修复能力。在外援型自修复方面的研究主要包括埋植微胶囊化修复剂和埋植中空纤维化修复剂来赋予热固性树脂材料自修复能力。在此基础上,对自修复热固性树脂材料的前景进行了展望。
The development and research progress of self-healing thermosetting resin materials in recent years were introduced from two aspects.In the aspect of intrinsic self-healing(mainly using intermolecular interactions and thermal reversible crosslinking reactions for self-healing),reversible Diels-Alder reactions,reversible disulfide bonds,hydrogen bonds were used to achieve self-healing functions for thermosetting resin materials.In the aspect of external self-healing,the main research focuses on implanting microcapsules or hollow fibers containing healing agents to provide thermosetting resin materials with self-healing ability.On this basis,the prospect of self-healing thermosetting resin materials was also highlighted.
