摘要
低碳锰铁样品经硝酸分解,氢氟酸挥硅,高氯酸冒烟赶氟,稀释至一定体积,采用ICP光谱仪测量溶液中待测元素分析线的发射强度,根据标准溶液制作的标准曲线计算出元素最终含量。通过对精密度试验、回收率的试验证明,该方法具有较高的稳定性、准确性,满足SKF认证对低碳锰铁中Ca、Ti含量的检测要求。
The low-carbon ferromanganese sample is decomposed by nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid volatilizes silicon,perchloric acid emits smoke to drive fluoride,and is diluted to a certain volume.The ICP spectrometer is used to measure the emission intensity of the analysis line of the element to be tested in the solution,and the final content of the element is calculated according to the standard curve made by the standard solution.The precision test and recovery rate test prove that the method has high stability and accuracy,and meets the requirements of the SKF certification for the detection of Ca and Ti content in low-carbon ferromanganese.
