以乡村振兴为背景探究高素质农民学历培养模式创新

Innovative Exploration of High-Quality Farmers’Academic Degree Cultivation Model Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴,关键是人才振兴和组织振兴。高素质农民是乡村振兴的主要力量。当前高素质农民学历培养中存在着部分学生出勤率不高、学习积极性不高、教学模式与学生实际情况不匹配、师资队伍与高素质农民培养不适应等问题。建议构建切实可行的人才培养方案和丰富的教学资源库,打造与农民学历教育相适应的师资队伍,实施课程思政以及实行弹性学制等,创新培养模式,保证农民学生既能完成学业,又能兼顾生产生活,助力乡村振兴。

The key to rural revitalization is personnel revitalization and organizational revitalization.Combining with the current situation of the process of cultivating high-quality farmers’academic degree in various places,this paper analyzes the common problems such as low attendance rate of students,low learning enthusiasm,mismatching teaching mode with students’actual situation,and poor learning effect caused by the inadaptability of teachers to the cultivation of high-quality farmers.Some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of building a feasible personnel cultivation program and rich teaching resource bank,building a teaching staff adapting to farmers’academic education,implementing ideological and political theories teaching in all courses,implementing flexible educational system,to innovate cultivation model,ensure that farmers can not only complete their studies,but also take into account production and life,thereby boost rural revitalization.
