优秀的安全文化对安全管理工作具有促进性,组织的全体成员也具有积极的安全态度、优良的风险认知能力和安全行为能力,从而有力预防生产安全事故发生。肇庆热电公司始终坚持把安全文化建设作为公司安全发展的一项长期性、战略性任务,形成了诸多有特色的成果。该文主要阐述其安全文化建设思路以及部分建设成果,供其他企业参考。

Excellent safety culture can promote safety management.All members of the organization also have positive safety attitude,excellent risk awareness and safety behavior ability,so as to effectively prevent safety accidents.Zhaoqing Thermal Power Plant always adheres to the construction of safety culture as a long-term and strategic task of the company's safety development,and has formed many distinctive achievements.This paper mainly expounds the construction ideas and some construction achievements of its safety culture for reference of other enterprises.
