The research explores the strategies of training teaching reform of clinical basic skill of the higher vocational college,discusses the present situation,and analyzes the teaching reform strategy,i.e.to perfect course structure system,optimize teaching content,clarify teaching emphasis;construct clinical practical center,strengthen teaching resource integration,improve teaching condition;optimize clinical teaching staff,improve teacher’s professional ability and professional quality;innovate practical teaching method,utilize information technology to strengthen the student’s clinical skill training;improve clinical appraisal system,and achieve the comprehensive evaluation of the students.Through the development of practical teaching reform of clinical basic skill of the higher vocational college,we can strengthen the student’s clinical basic skill level and practical operation ability,to make students become the applied clinical medical talents qualified with high quality,so as to help students accumulate rich clinical work experience,shape students’good professional quality and medical ethics,and lay a solid foundation for future clinical work.
