眼眶平衡减压术与经鼻内窥镜内下壁减压术治疗高眶压的疗效对比 被引量:1

Comparison of the effects of orbital balance decompression and transnasal endoscopic inferior wall decompression in the treatment of high orbital pressure

摘要 目的对比分析眼眶平衡减压术与经鼻内窥镜内下壁减压术治疗高眶压的疗效。方法研究对象选取时间为2019年4月~2020年7月,纳入对象为于我院就诊治疗的58例高眶压患者。随机数字表分组,29例常规组手术方案为眼眶平衡减压术,29例研究组手术方案为经鼻内窥镜内下壁减压术,统计分析两组手术效果。结果治疗后研究组眼球突出度低于常规组,最佳矫正视力水平高于常规组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率不显著(P>0.05)。结论经鼻内窥镜内下壁减压术能够更好地改善高眶压患者眼球突出问题,可以帮助患者更好地恢复视力,值得推广。 Objective To compare and analyze the efficacy of orbital balance decompression and transnasal endoscopic inferior wall decompression in the treatment of high orbital pressure.Methods The study subjects were selected from April 2019 to July 2020.The subjects included were 58 patients with high orbital hypertension who were treated in our hospital.Random number table grouping,29 cases of conventional group surgery plan is orbital balance decompression,29 cases of study group surgery plan is transnasal endoscopic inferior wall decompression,statistical analysis of the two groups of surgical effects.Results After treatment,the eyeball protrusion of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the best corrected visual acuity level was higher than that of the conventional group.The difference was significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Transnasal endoscopic decompression of the inferior wall can better improve the exophthalmos of patients with high orbital pressure,and can help patients to better restore their vision.It is worthy of promotion.
