摘要
基于高原铁路自然条件和运用需求,开展过渡型高原内燃机车增压器的高原适应性优化研究,通过对机车运行数据分析,设定增压器优化改进目标。通过调整增压器喷嘴环喉口通流面积、优化压气机叶轮等措施,提升高海拔地区增压压比,增大空气进气量,改善柴油机缸内燃烧,降低排气系统热负荷,提升相关部件可靠性,延长使用寿命,同时通过高原实地试验进行验证。
Based on the natural conditions and operational requirements of the plateau railways, the plateau adaptability optimization study of the transitional plateau diesel locomotive is carried out, and the supercharger optimization and improvement goals are set through the analysis of locomotive operation data. By adjusting the flow area of the turbocharger nozzle ring throat mouth and optimizing the compressor impeller to increase the boost pressure ratio in high-altitude areas and the air intake, improve the combustion in the cylinder of the diesel engine and reduce the thermal load of the exhaust system, which would improve the reliability of the relevant components and prolong the service life. At the same time,the measures are verified by the plateau field tests.
