通过了解张家口市群众冰雪运动的开展情况,及时发现其存在的问题并提出加强政策和资金的支持、培养冰雪运动人才、营造冰雪运动文化等促进群众冰雪运动发展的对策,从而不断激发群众参与冰雪运动的热情,为实现“三亿人参加冰雪运动”的目标提供借鉴。

By understanding the development of the mass ice and snow sports in Zhangjiakou City,we can find out the existing problems in time,and put forward some countermeasures to promote the development of the mass ice and snow sports,such as strengthening the support of policies and funds,training ice and snow sports talents,creating ice and snow sports culture,so as to constantly stimulate the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in ice and snow sports,and provide reference for realizing the goal of"300 million people participating in ice and snow sports".
