铁皮石斛栽培基质研究进展

Research progress on cultivation substrate of Dendrobium officinale

野生铁皮石斛生长条件特殊且盲目开采已导致资源濒临灭绝,因此,研究铁皮石斛人工栽培技术具有非常重要的意义,适合的栽培基质可在节约成本的基础上,促进铁皮石斛生长,提高产量。现有研究表明不同地区气候特点不同,铁皮石斛栽培基质选择各异,尚未有一种专门的栽培基质。本文综合了铁皮石斛栽培基质研究现状,分析各基质优缺点,提出铁皮石斛栽培基质存在的问题及展望,以期为铁皮石斛栽培基质的深入研究提供参考。

It is a great significance to study the artificial cultivation technology of Dendrobium officinale.The wild resources are on the verge of extinction due to the special growth conditions and blind mining.A suitable cultivation substrate can promote growth and increase yield on the basis of cost saving.Existing research shows that different regions have different climate characteristics and different cultivation substrates,and there is no special cultivation substrate.This article synthesizes the research status the cultivation substrates of D.officinale,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each substrate,puts forward the existing problems and prospects,and provides references for further research.
