电针围刺法治疗鹅足滑囊炎疗效观察

目的:观察电针围刺法治疗鹅足滑囊炎的疗效。方法:80例采用随机数字表法分为两组各40例,围刺组用疼痛部位周围电针围刺法,对照组局部疼痛部位外用扶他林乳胶剂。结果:总有效率围刺组97.5%、对照组75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针围刺法治疗鹅足滑囊炎疗效优于扶他林乳胶剂。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of electro-acupuncture surrounding puncture on goose foot bursitis.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into two groups by random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The surrounding acupuncture group were treated with electro-acupuncture around the painful area while the control group were treated with Voltaren emulsion by external application at the local painful area.Results:The total effective rate was 97.5%in the puncture group and 75.00%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of electroacupuncture surrounding puncture on goose foot bursitis is better than that of Voltaren emulsion.
