摘要
根据中小学生实施问题行为的主观意图,可以将中小学生问题行为分为侵权性问题行为、妨碍秩序性问题行为和学业性问题行为。侵权性问题行为侵犯的是他人的身心健康权或财产权,破坏的是人与人之间的友好关系,因此需着眼于弥补被侵权人的身心健康伤害或财产损失,以重建人与人之间的友好关系为目的来确定惩戒措施。妨碍秩序性问题行为破坏的是本来良好的社会或集体秩序,因此需着眼于恢复与重建良好秩序的目的来确定惩戒措施。学业性问题行为妨碍了学校的教育教学秩序,但其是通过不学习、阻碍自己学业完成的方式来妨碍教育教学秩序的,因此要围绕其学业问题确定适当的惩戒方式。最后,要充分发挥中小学思想政治课程的教育惩戒意义。
According to the implement of subjective intention of the education discipline in primary and secondary school,we can divide their problem behavior into tort problem behavior,disorder problem behavior and academic problem behavior.Tord problem behavior infringes the physical and mental health or property rights of others and destroys the friendly relationship.Therefore,we shouldfocus on repairment of the physical and mental health or the protection of personal property rights in order to rebuild the friendly relationship.Disorder problem behavior disrupts the social order,so we should focus on the purpose of restoring and reconstructing the good order.Academic problem behavior also hinders the order of school education and teaching,we should determine the appropriate punishment methods around their academic problems.At the same time,we should pay attention to the educational and disciplinary significance of ideological and political course.
