生物制剂与小分子药物在炎症性肠病治疗中的进展

Recent advances in biological agents and small molecule drugs in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease

生物制剂与小分子药物作为治疗炎症性肠病的较新方法在国内外临床实践中日益增多,人们对其的认识和接受程度亦日渐加深。国内外研究显示,生物制剂与小分子药物可实现黏膜愈合,减少相关并发症和疾病复发,改善患者生活质量,降低住院率和外科手术率。随着生物制剂种类的增多和临床研究的不断深入,疗效更佳的新一代药物不断出现,本文就目前临床和临床试验进行中的治疗炎症性肠病的生物制剂和小分子药物进行综述,为炎症性肠病患者的个体化治疗提供帮助。

With an increasing number of biological agents and small molecule drugs being used in the therapy of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)in clinical practice at home and abroad,we have a deeper awareness that more promising methods awaiting to be used when handling IBD.Current studies have demonstrated that biological agents and small molecule drugs can alleviate IBD by achieving mucosal healing,reducing relevant complications and disease recurrence,thus improve the quality of patients’life as well as diminish the rate of hospitalization and surgery.Along with broader types of drugs being developed and continuous clinical researches being practiced,new generations of drugs with better efficacy continues to emerge.In this article,we will review the drugs proven to be clinically effective and the emerging ones with potential in the treatment of IBD,so as to cast help for individualized therapy of IBD patients.
