高校公共体育课堂教学现状分析与对策研究--以临沂大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 本文采取了问卷调查法、实地考察法、文献综述法、数理统计法等研究方法,对临沂大学公共体育课堂的教学现状展开了调查,主要从公共体育课堂课程的设置、教师的年龄、学历、职称、师资力量、工作量、场地设施以及学生满意度等方面展开调查与研究。旨在研究我校公共体育课堂当前现状,针对当前出现的问题提出具有针对性的建议和措施,希望通过本文的研究为我校的师资队伍建设、公共体育课的改进提供参考价值,从而对我校的公共体育课发展贡献自己的力量。调查结果显示:我校公共体育课课程的内容大部分能够满足学生的需求;我校体育教师的师资水平不平衡;教师的学历职称较为集中,不高不低,但没有达教育部要求。教师的工作量和负荷量程度的较大;场地设施分配不合理以及学生积极性不高、满意度不理想。 This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,field investigation,literature review,mathematical statistics and so on to investigate the current situation of public physical education classroom teaching in Linyi University mainly from the aspects of public physical education classroom curriculum setting,teachers’age,academic qualifications,professional titles,teachers’strength,workload,venue facilities and students’satisfaction.The purpose is to study the current situation of public physical education classes in our school,and to put forward targeted suggestions and measures for the current problems,hoping to provide reference value for the construction of teaching staff and the improvement of public physical education classes in our school through this research,thus contributing to the development of public physical education classes in our school.The survey results show that most of the contents of our school’s public physical education courses can meet the needs of students.The level of physical education teachers in our school is unbalanced.Teachers’academic qualifications and professional titles are relatively concentrated,not high or low,but they do not meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education.The teacher’s workload and load level are relatively large.The allocation of facilities is unreasonable,and the enthusiasm and satisfaction of students are not high.
