摘要
探究高校图书馆知识产权素养教育的有效模式,旨在响应国家大力倡导的高校知识产权工作,拓展新时代高校图书馆文化育人的创新途径。此文从高校图书馆知识产权素养教育的内涵入手,通过现状研究与实务调研,以问题解决为导向,提出高校图书馆的多层级知识产权素养教育模式。具体表现为“素养提升+宣传导向”的基础教育、注重“复合型+应用型”的进阶教育,以及“专业培养+实务强化”的高阶教育。以重庆大学图书馆为例,论述多层级知识产权素养教育模式的实例内容,验证了该模式更具目标靶向性与现实有效性的实践效果,为我国高校图书馆的知识产权人才培养提供可行的参考借鉴。
This paper explores the effective mode of intellectual property literacy education in university libraries,aims not only to response to the national promotion of the intellectual property work in universities,but also to expand the innovative ways of libraries cultural education in the new era.Starting from the content of intellectual property literacy education in university library and oriented by problem solving,this paper puts forward the multi-level intellectual property literacy education mode in university library through the research status and practical investigation,which are basic education of“quality promotion+publicity oriented”,advanced education of“inter-disciplinary+application”,and high-level education of“professional training+practice strengthening”.Taking the Chongqing University Library as an example,it then discusses the content of the multi-level intellectual property literacy education model,verifies the effects of the model with more goal targeting and practical effectiveness,and provides a feasible reference for the intellectual property talent cultivation of university libraries.
