摘要
要实现科技自立自强,必须坚持科技创新。基于科技创新的要素分析,发现科技投入强度、科学技术基础、国家科技战略和国际环境是影响科技创新的重要因素。对构建科技创新体系的运行机制与模式进行分析,提出明确主攻方向、抓好科技创新主体、加强“以我为主”的国际合作交流等路径措施。
To achieve self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology,we must adhere to science and technology innovation.Based on the element analysis on S&T innovation,it is found that the intensity of S&T investment,S&T foundations,national S&T strategy and international environment are important factors affecting S&T innovation.In order to promote the construction of China's S&T innovation system,the operation mechanism and the mode of constructing S&T innovation are analyzed,and some path measures are put forward,such as specifying the main direction,focusing on the main body of S&T innovation and strengthening international cooperation and exchange dominated by our side.
