指压法治疗甲状腺癌术后轻中度颈部淋巴漏的临床效果

Clinical effect of finger pressing in the treatment of mild or moderate cervical lymphatic leakage after thyroid cancer operation

目的探讨指压法治疗甲状腺癌术后轻中度颈部淋巴漏的临床效果。方法选取2015年5月至2019年5月于我院行甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结清扫的2468例患者作为研究对象,其中12例发生术后左侧颈部淋巴漏。分析局部指压法治疗淋巴漏患者的临床效果;观察治疗前、后颈部引流液的量及性状,以及颈部引流管的拔除时间。结果12例患者接受指压法治疗后均顺利拔管并痊愈出院。患者治疗后颈部引流量持续减少,治疗第4天拔除引流管,且无因复发再次住院的患者。结论指压法治疗甲状腺癌术后轻中度颈部淋巴漏的临床效果显著,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of finger pressing in the treatment of mild or moderate cervical lymphatic leakage after thyroid cancer operation.Methods A total of 2468 patients with thyroid cancer who underwent neck lymph node dissection in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,among whom 12 patients underwent postoperative cervical lymphatic leakage in the left.The clinical effect of local finger pressing in the treatment of patients with lymphatic leakage was analyzed;the amount and properties of neck drainage fluid before and after treatment,and the removal time of the neck drainage tube were observed.Results All 12 patients were successfully extubated after receiving the acupressure treatment,and were cured and discharged from the hospital.The neck drainage volume continuously decreased after treatment,the drainage tube was removed on the 4th day of treatment,and no patients were hospitalized again due to recurrence.Conclusion Finger pressing in the treatment of mild or moderate cervical lymphatic leakage after thyroid cancer operation has a significant clinical effect,and the safety is high.
