摘要
以繁殖快速的酵母菌作为生物碳源,采用水热处理法、KOH高温活化法制备了对亚甲基蓝染料具有吸附效果的多孔碳材料,对该多孔碳材料进行了SEM、XRD、FT-IR和BET分析,并且对其吸附性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,pH增加和温度升高均有利于吸附的进行。当酵母多孔碳JM-800用量为10 mg、染料初始浓度为50 mg·L^(-1)时,亚甲基蓝溶液的去除率约为95.8%。亚甲基蓝吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型和粒内扩散模型,吸附过程符合Langmuir单分子层吸附,当温度为318 K时,最大单层吸附量为769.23 mg·g^(-1)。热力学参数表明,多孔碳材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附是一个自发的吸热过程。
A porous carbon material with adsorption effect on methylene blue dye was prepared by hydrothermal treatment and high temperature activation of KOH with the rapid propagation of yeast as biological carbon source.The structure of the porous carbon material was further analyzed by SEM,XRD,FT-IR and BET and its adsorption properties were studied.The experimental results showed that the increase of pH and temperature was favorable for adsorption.When the dosage of yeast porous carbon JM-800 was 10 mg and the initial concentration of dye was 50 mg·L^(-1),the removal rate of methylene blue solution reached 95.8%.The adsorption kinetics of methylene blue were consistent with the quasi-second-order kinetics model and the intra-particle diffusion model,and the adsorption process was consistent with Langmuir monolayer adsorption.When the temperature was 318 K,the maximum adsorption capacity of monolayer was 769.23 mg·g^(-1).Thermodynamic parameters showed that the adsorption of methylene blue by porous carbon material was a spontaneous endothermic process.
