足部中药熏蒸治疗产后足跟痛的临床护理效果研究

Clinical Effect of Foot Fumigation with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Postpartum Heel Pain

目的:探讨对产后足跟痛患者采用足部中药熏蒸方法进行治疗护理的临床效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2020年1-11月收治的80例产后住院期间出现足跟痛患者数字奇偶法分组;治疗组(40例)采用足部中药熏蒸方法完成足跟痛治疗;常规组(40例)采用温水足浴方法完成足跟痛治疗;就组间产后足跟痛治疗总有效率、足功能评分及不同时间段NRS(疼痛程度数字评估量表)评分展开对比。结果:治疗组产后足跟痛患者治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于常规组(67.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,治疗组产后足跟痛患者足功能评分[(68.73±3.86)分]同常规组足功能评分[(68.65±4.18)分]比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组产后足跟痛患者足功能评分(96.29±2.25)分,高于常规组的(89.83±2.55)分(P<0.05);治疗前,治疗组产后足跟痛患者NRS评分[(7.55±0.39)分]同常规组的(7.53±0.49)分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组产后足跟痛患者治疗后1周NRS评分(2.75±0.47)分,治疗后2周(0.87±0.28)分,治疗后3周(0.55±0.12)分,治疗后4周(0.49±0.05)分,均低于常规组治疗后的(4.61±0.73)、(2.49±0.85)、(1.69±0.55)、(1.42±0.43)分(P<0.05)。结论:足部中药熏蒸方法有效运用,可使产后足跟痛患者治疗效果显著增强,并且将其足功能有效改善,足跟痛程度显著缓解,最终实现产后足跟痛患者有效预后。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of foot fumigation in postpartum patients with heel pain.Method:A total of 80 patients with postpartum heel pain admitted to our hospital from January to November 2020 were divided into two groups by numerical odd-even method.Treatment group(40 cases)foot heel pain was treated by fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine.In the conventional group(40 cases),warm water foot bath was used to complete the treatment of heel pain.The total response rate,foot function score and NRS score of different time periods were compared between groups.Result:The total effective rate(95.00%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than 67.50%in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group(68.73±3.86)points and the conventional group(68.65±4.18)points in the score of postpartum heel pain(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of postpartum heel pain in the treatment group of(96.29±2.25)points was significantly higher than(89.83±2.55)points in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,NRS scores of postpartum heel pain patients in the treatment group(7.55±0.39)points were not significantly different from those in the conventional group(7.53±0.49)points(P>0.05).The 1 week NRS scores(2.75±0.47)points,2 weeks(0.87±0.28)points,3 weeks(0.55±0.12)points and 4 weeks(0.49±0.05)points of postpartum heel pain in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(4.61±0.73),(2.49±0.85),(1.69±0.55),(1.42±0.43)points(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect of postpartum patients with heel pain,effectively improve their foot function,significantly relieve the degree of heel pain,and finally achieve effective prognosis of postpartum patients with heel pain.
