海藻纤维纺纱油剂选配及成纱性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨海藻纤维纺纱油剂的优选及成纱性能。针对海藻纤维断裂强度低、纤维间抱合力差、在环锭纺纱过程中成网成条均匀性差等问题,对比了几种油剂对海藻纤维表面性能及可纺性的影响。为改善成纱条干均匀度,减少成纱毛羽,对纺纱工艺中关键技术进行了分析,并测试了成纱性能。结果表明:纺纱前在海藻纤维表面适当地喷洒优选后的油剂,能够使成网成条更加均匀,其成纱质量可满足针织用纱的要求。认为:海藻纤维纱具有抗菌防霉、吸湿透气、良好的生物相容性等特点,适合做手术缝合线、医用敷料及高档针织亲肤面料等。 Optimization of seaweed fiber spinning oil and yarn property were discussed.In order to solve the problems of lower breaking strength,worse fiber cohesion and worse uniformity of net and sliver in ring spinning process of seaweed fiber,effect of several oils on surface property and spinnability of seaweed fiber were compared.In order to improve yarn evenness and reduce yarn hairiness,the key technology in spinning process were analyzed and yarn property were tested.The results showed that spraying optimized oil on the surface of seaweed fiber before spinning can make net and sliver more uniform,yarn quality can be reached the requirements of knitting yarn.It is considered that seaweed fiber yarn has the property of antibacterial,mildew proof,moisture absorption,better biocompatibility,etc..It is suitable for surgical suture,medical dressings and high-grade skin-friendly knitted fabric.
