摘要
餐厨垃圾相比一般固体垃圾而言具有较高的环境污染和资源属性。但在过去相当长一段时间里,我国在餐厨垃圾的针对性收集和资源化处理利用方面发展相对滞后。目前餐厨垃圾的资源化处理利用仍然是一个难题。基于此,本文重点对当前餐厨垃圾资源化利用技术的研究现状进行详细论述,以期为提高我国餐厨垃圾资源化处理利用技术水平做出贡献。
Compared with general solid waste,kitchen waste has higher environmental pollution and resource attributes at the same time.However,for a long time in the past,the development of targeted collection and resource utilization of kitchen waste in China has lagged behind.At present,the resource utilization of kitchen waste is still a difficult problem.Based on this,this paper focuses on the current research status of resource utilization technology of kitchen waste in detail,with a view to contributing to improving the technical level of resource utilization of kitchen waste in China.
