PCT与CRP水平对危重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎预后的评估价值 被引量:2

Value of PCT and CRP levels in evaluation of prognosis of critically ill patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia

摘要 目的:分析降钙素原(PCT)与C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平检测在危重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎预后评估中的应用价值。方法:抽取2018年8月至2020年8月滨州市中心医院收治的94例危重症呼吸机相关性肺炎患者作为研究样本,根据患者预后情况分为存活组(74例)和死亡组(20例),比较两组PCT与CRP水平。同时,选取同期75例健康体检者作为对照组,比较存活组患者出院时和对照组患者的PCT与CRP水平。结果:死亡组和存活组入院确诊当天PCT、CRP水平比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);危重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎死亡者入院3、7 d后PCT、CRP水平高于存活组(P<0.05);存活组患者出院时PCT、CRP水平检测结果与对照组比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PCT、CRP水平在患者预后评估中具有参考价值。 Objective To analyze the value of procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in the evaluation of the prognosis of critically ill patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods A sample of 94 critically ill patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia from August 2018 to August 2020 in Binzhou Central Hospital,and the patients were divided into survival group(n=74)and death group(n=20),the levels of PCT and CRP were compared between the two groups.At the same time,75 healthy physical examination patients during the same period were selected as the control group,and the PCT and CRP levels of the patients in the survival group were compared with those in the control group.Results There was no significant difference in PCT and CRP levels between death group and survival group on the day of diagnosis(P>0.05);the levels of PCT and CRP in critically ill patients who died of ventilator-associated pneumonia were higher than those in survival group 3 and 7 days after admission(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in PCT and CRP levels between the survival group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions The levels of PCT and CRP have reference value in the prognosis evaluation of patients.
