一种提高卵子成活率辅助装置的研制

摘要 该研究设计了一种恒温辅助装置,以确保卵子处理过程的温度恒定,并提高卵子成活率。该装置由电源电路、晶振电路、加热器驱动电路、温度采集电路等构成,选择AT89C52作为主控制芯片,采用DS18B20传感器采集培养皿立壁温度,通过比较设定温度与采集温度控制加热电路的通断以实现恒温功能。该装置嵌套在培养皿周围,能够有效增加保温面积,精确控制输出温度,有助于保证卵子质量,提高卵子成活率,进而提高辅助生殖技术的临床应用质量。 In this study,a thermostatic auxiliary device was designed to ensure a constant temperature during ova processing so as to increase the survival rate.This device consisted of power circuit,quartz oscillator circuit,heater drive circuit and temperature acquisition circuit,et al.AT89C52 was selected as the main control chip,and DS18B20 sensor was applied to acquire the temperature of the wall of the Petri dish.By comparing the set temperature with the acquired temperature,the heating circuit was controlled on and off to realize constant temperature.The device was embedded around the Petri dish,and it could effectively increase the heat preservation area,accurately control the output temperature,help to ensure the quality of the ova,improve the survival rate of ova,and was of great significance for improving the quality of clinical application of assisted reproductive technology.
