摘要
建立了基于真实气体状态方程的超临界CO_(2)作动过程仿真模型,并以某作动试验系统为例,开展了相应的运动学仿真分析,并与试验测试值进行对比分析,验证了计算结果的正确性。结果表明,通过合理的CO_(2)介质充装量、多路调节阀及其开启时序设计,可以获得满足使用要求的运动参数,实现有效载荷的平稳运动。
Actuation process simulation model of super-critical CO_(2) is set up based on real gas state equation.Aim at some small-scale actuation test system,kinematic simulation is given and compared with testing data,which verified the correctness of simulation.In conclusion,kinematic parameters that satisfied demands can be achieved through design of appropriate CO_(2) mass、multitude adjust valve and open control sequence,which make counterweight out of canister smoothly.
