摘要
铝和镁等结构合金密度低、质轻,可广泛应用于各种行业。但由于强度和硬度等力学性能的不足,限制了其工业应用。搅拌摩擦加工过程中,搅拌头以不同的速度和角度进行加工,导致FSP合金组织均匀化、细化并影响合金的力学性能。文章简述了FSP在铝、镁结构合金中的应用,并介绍了FSP对其强度、硬度等力学性能的影响。
Aluminum and magnesium alloy structure with low density,light weight can be widely used in a variety of industries.However,its industrial application is limited due to the lack of mechanical properties such as strength and hardness.In the process of friction stir processing(FSP),the stir tool is processed at different speeds and angles,which leads to the homogenization and refinement of microstructure of FSP alloy and affects the mechanical properties of the alloy.This paper reviews the application of FSP in aluminum and magnesium structural alloys and introduces the effect of FSP on their mechanical properties such as strength and hardness.
