中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效与安全性分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的探究类风湿关节炎联合采用中西医治疗的效果与不良反应发生情况。方法 86例类风湿关节炎患者,按照双盲法分为对照组和治疗组,每组43例。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤片、来氟米特和双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用中药辨证分型治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为6.98%,与对照组的9.30%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎效果显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To investigate the effect and occurrence of adverse reactions of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 86 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into control group and treatment group according to double-blind method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate tablets,leflunomide and diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules,while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical typing on the premise of the control group.The therapeutic effect,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 6.89%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 9.30%of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has remarkable effect on rheumatoid arthritis,with few adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
