摘要
核电用相关设备、结构物都要求具有一定的抗变形能力,且要求机电设备及仪器在设计基准地震下能够安全稳定运行。建立了核电站水泵(离心式上充泵)的机组模型,采用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行力学分析,遵照标准RCC-M 2007和ASME相关规定进行评定,分析水泵自重、设计温度、设计压力、水压试验、地震和接管载荷,对泵体关键部位进行校核分析和评定,重点分析易损坏部件轴的动力特性、振动特性及疲劳强度,结果表明,该上充泵的设计满足要求。研究对核电用设备特别是泵组设备的抗震分析具有一定的工程意义。
Nuclear power related equipment and structures are required to have a certain resistance to deformation,and electromechanical equipment and instruments are required to operate safely and stably under design basis earthquakes.An accurate unit model of the water pump of a nuclear power plant was established,and the finite element software ANSYS was used to perform mechanical analysis.The evaluation was carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of RCC-M 2007 and ASME.The analysis load includes:self-weight,design temperature,design pressure,hydraulic test,Earthquake and take over load,check analysis and assessment of key parts of the pump body.Focus on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics,vibration characteristics and fatigue strength of the easily damaged component shaft.The results show that the design of the charging pump meets the design specifications.The research in this paper has certain engineering significance for the seismic analysis of nuclear power equipment,especially pump equipment.
