TiC添加对粗晶WC-10%Co硬质合金组织和性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Ti C Addition on Microstructure and Properties of Coarse Grained WC-10%Co Cemented Carbide

摘要 选用WC、TiC为硬质相,Co为粘结相,通过湿磨、制粒、模压成形、压力烧结制备(90-x)%WC-x%TiC-10%Co(x=0, 3, 5)硬质合金。分析了TiC含量对粗晶WC-10%Co基硬质合金材料的微观组织结构、磁学性能和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:三组硬质合金的微观组织结构取决于TiC的含量,添加TiC能起到细化晶粒的作用,在烧结过程中WC和TiC反应生成(Ti,W)C固溶体。随着TiC含量的增加,合金的钴磁、矫顽磁力和硬度均升高而断裂韧性下降。TiC含量为5%的WC-TiC-10%Co硬质合金的洛氏硬度(HRA)和断裂韧性分别为89.8和10.5 MPa·m^(1/2)。 (90-x)%WC-x%TiC-10%Co(x=0,3,5) cemented carbide are prepared by wet grinding,granulating,die forming and pressure sintering using WC and TiC as hard phase and Co as bonding phase.The effect of TiC content on the microstructure,magnetic properties and mechanical properties of coarse-grained WC-10%Co based cemented carbide materials is analyzed.The research results show that the microstructure of the three groups of cemented carbides depends on the content of TiC.The addition of TiC can refine the grains.During the sintering process,WC and TiC react to form(Ti,W)C solid solution.With the increase of TiC content,the cobalt magnetism,coercivity and hardness of the alloy all increase while the fracture toughness decreases.When the TiC content is 5%,the rockwell hardness(HRA) and fracture toughness of the WC-TiC-10%Co cemented carbide are 89.8 MPa·m^(1/2) and 10.5 MPa·m^(1/2),respectively.
