摘要
江苏大力推进“大运河文化带”建设,高校承担着传承运河文化的重要责任。通过抽样问卷调查研究发现:高校大学生对大运河(江苏段)文化认同情况较好,但呈现出认知水平表面化、差异化,认知途径被动化、高校传承运河文化影响力低等问题。本文引入知识管理SECI模型促进大学生运河文化知识结构建构;探索开发运河文化课程体系;立足各高校特色资源协同发展三个方面采取措施,提升大学生对运河文化认知度。
Jiangsu vigorously promotes the construction of“Grand Canal Cultural Belt”,and colleges and universities bear the important responsibility of inheriting canal culture.Through the sample questionnaire survey,we found that college students’cultural identity of the Grand Canal(Jiangsu section)is good,but the cognitive level is superficial and differential,the cognitive approach is passive.Through sample questionnaire surveys,it is found that college students have a better cultural identity of the Grand Canal(Jiangsu Section),but they present problems such as superficial and differentiated cognitive level,passive cognitive approach,and low influence of colleges and universities to inherit the Canal culture.This paper introduces the SECI model of knowledge management to promote the construction of university students’knowledge structure of canal culture,explores and develops the curriculum system of canal culture,and takes measures based on the collaborative development of characteristic resources of colleges and universities,so as to enhance college students’awareness of canal culture.
