消风汤治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的临床有效性研究

Study on clinical effectiveness of Xiaofeng Decoction on eczema and dermatitis

目的探讨消风汤治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的临床有效性。方法90例湿疹皮炎类皮肤病患者,随机分为对照组(44例)和消风汤组(46例)。对照组采取西药复方氟米松软膏+盐酸西替利嗪治疗,消风汤组在对照组基础上增加消风汤治疗。比较两组患者临床症状及皮损改善情况、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果消风汤组患者瘙痒消失时间、皮损改善时间、红肿消退时间和湿疹皮炎完全消退时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消风汤组患者临床总有效率为97.83%(45/46),显著高于对照组的72.73%(32/44),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.045,P>0.05)。随访8个月,消风汤组患者复发率为4.35%(2/46),显著低于对照组的22.73%(10/44),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.574,P<0.05)。结论采用消风汤治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病可有效促进患者瘙痒消退、皮损愈合,复发率低,临床疗效可靠,安全性较高,值得临床应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effectiveness of Xiaofeng Decoction on eczema and dermatitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with eczema and dermatitis were randomly divided into control group(44 cases)and Xiaofeng Decoction group(46 cases).The control group was treated with Western medicine of compound flumetasone ointment and cetirizine hydrochloride,and Xiaofeng Decoction group was treated with Xiaofeng Decoction.The clinical symptoms,improvement of skin lesions,clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence situation were compared between the two groups.Results The pruritus disappearance time,skin lesions improvement time,subsided time of redness and swelling and completely subsided time of eczema and dermatitis of Xiaofeng Decoction group were significant shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate 97.83%(45/46)of Xiaofeng Decoction group was significantly higher than 72.73%(32/44)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.045,P>0.05).After 8 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of Xiaofeng Decoction group was 4.35%(2/46),which was significantly lower than 22.73%(10/44)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.574,P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaofeng Decoction can effectively promote the disappearance of pruritus and the healing of skin lesions and recurrence rate,with reliable clinical efficacy and high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
