摘要
目的观察津力达颗粒对2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者的疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2019年2月—2020年5月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第980医院内分泌科和神经内科治疗T2DM合并MCI患者80例,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=38,退出2例)和对照组(n=36,退出4例),对照组给予二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗,观察组给予二甲双胍联合津力达颗粒治疗,总疗程为6个月。比较治疗前后2组患者血糖、血脂、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、血管内皮功能(EDD),简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分,以及不良反应发生情况等。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2小时血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均下降,且观察组患者HbA1C、LDL-C低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t/P=4.012/0.001、2.414/0.001)。2组治疗后EDD、ET、NO、MMSE、MoCA评分均有改善,且观察组EDD、NO、MoCA评分均优于对照组(t/P=5.264/0.001、5.175/0.001、3.336/0.010)。2组治疗期间无明显不良反应及低血糖发生。结论联用津力达颗粒对T2DM伴MCI患者具有良好的治疗作用,具有潜在调控内皮功能、发挥改善认知功能的作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jinlida granules on patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)combined with mild cognitive impairment(MCI)and its effect on vascular endothelial function.Methods From February 2019 to May 2020,the Department of Endocrinology and Neurology of the 980th Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army were selected to treat 80 patients with T2DM and MCI.Random number table method was divided into observation group(n=38,withdrawing 2 cases)and control group(n=36,withdrawing 4 cases).The control group was treated with metformin combined with acarbose,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with Jinlida granules.The total course of treatment was 6 months.To compare the scores of blood glucose,blood lipids,nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET),vascular endothelial function(EDD),Simple Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)before and after treatment in the two groups,And the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results Compared with before treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C),cholesterol(TC),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)of the two groups after treatment decreased,and observed The HbA1C and LDL-C of the patients in the group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t/P=4.012/0.001,2.414/0.001).The EDD,ET,NO,MMSE,and MoCA scores of the two groups improved after treatment,and the EDD,NO,and MoCA scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(t/P=5.264/0.001,5.175/0.001,3.336/0.010).No obvious adverse reactions and hypoglycemia occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion The combined use of Jinlida granules has a good therapeutic effect on patients with T2DM and MCI,and has the potential to regulate endothelial function and improve cognitive function.
