摘要 空压机设备广泛的应用于食品加工制造业、工程机械制造业、船舶制造业等多种制造行业,但是各行业对空压机制造的气体质量要求不同,空压机排出的压缩空气很多情况下不能直接被气动装置使用。因为空压机从大气中吸入含有水分和灰尘的空气,经压缩后空气的温度将会提升到一百多摄氏度以上,此时空压机里的润滑油也会有部分气态;这样排出的压缩空气就是含有油分、水分及灰尘的高温气体。因此,需要使用干燥过滤装置来改善压缩空气质量。原来的干燥过滤装置系统存在着使用效率低、操作麻烦等问题,应用S7-1500可编程控制器来进行综合控制,在实际中较好得解决了原干燥过滤装置系统在控制操作上存在的问题。该文就是基于S7-1500 PLC控制在船用干燥过滤装置系统上的电气实现进行了探讨。 Air compressor equipment is widely used in many manufacturing industries,such as food processing and manufacturing industry,engineering machinery manufacturing industry,ship manufacturing industry,etc.,but the air quality requirements for air compressor manufacturing in various industries are different,and the compressed air discharged by air compressor can't be directly used by pneumatic devices in many cases.Because the air compressor inhales the air containing moisture and dust from the atmosphere,the temperature of the compressed air will rise to more than 100℃,at this time,the lubricating oil in the air compressor will also have some gas state.The compressed air thus discharged is a high temperature gas containing oil,water and dust.Therefore,it is necessary to use dry filter to improve the quality of compressed air.There are some problems in the original dry filter system,such as low efficiency and trouble in operation.Using s7-1500 programmable controller to carry out comprehensive control,the problems in the control operation of the original dry filter system can be solved better in practice.This paper is based on s7-1500 PLC control in the marine drying and filtering device system of the electrical implementation .
