智能化临床治疗踩跷实验仪器设计

摘要 当前应用于医学临床治疗的踩跷实验主要依靠人工操作,难以实现规范化操作,从而影响治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果,该文提出了一种智能化踩跷装置用于模拟专业的踩跷手法。该装置利用单片机输出DAC方波信号,通过对输出信号的放大滤波后由功率放大电路驱动电磁铁产生相应的磁场使得衔铁做受迫振动,通过控制电流的大小和信号的频率来控制衔铁敲击的力度和快慢。同时,安装在触头的压力传感器实时测量数据并反馈给上位机,上位机处理后控制单片机输出修正后的力值。实验表明,控制电压幅值与敲击力的线性相关度为99.7%,智能化踩跷装置实现了对敲击力度的精准控制。 In view of the current application in clinical medical treatment of walking on stilts mainly depends on manual,it is difficult to achieve standardized operation and thus affect the effect of treatment of lumbar disc herniation,a new device of mechanical automation which can imitate the experiment of walking on stilts is proposed.DAC square wave signal is outputted by the single-chip microcomputer.After amplifying and filtering the output signal,the electromagnet is driven by the power amplifier circuit to generate the corresponding magnetic field,which makes the amature do forced vibration,through the control of the amplitude and frequency of the current to control the value of the electromagnet power and speed.The pressure sensor installed on the contact head measures the data in real time and feeds back the data to the host computer time to time.The experiment shows that the linear correlation between the amplitude of control voltage and knocking force was 99.7%,the device for stepping on stilts realizes the precise control of the knocking force.
