中国文化与中国经济学——对建立经济学中国学派的再思考

Chinese Culture and Chinese Economics——Rethinking on the Establishment of Chinese School of Economics

可持续发展是人类久远的理想。文章在反思和分析西方难题层出不穷且黔驴技穷、中国发展一路高歌且动力十足、主体认识峰回路转且更加自信、可持续发展深入人心且愈加清晰等问题的基础上,认为文化在经济学和经济发展中具有核心和灵魂地位,中国文化之所以能源远流长,中国经济之所以能数千年持续发展,就在于中华文明是关于人的文明,中国文化的核心就是经世济民。由此决定,中国经济学作为经世济民之学的重要组成部分,所不同于其他中国学之处就是其研究和揭示如何根据厚德载物的原则,通过资源的有效配置以实现济民目标。文章最后在指出中国经济学具有属于中华文明的有机组成部分、解决全球问题的普适性、全面彻底解决人类问题的系统性三个特点的基础上,对关系个人全面发展、人类可持续发展的几个重大问题作了提纲挈领的说明。

Sustainable development is the long-standing ideal of mankind.Through reflection and analysis,the article found that compared with the West with the increasing number of problems,China is developing rapidly and full of potentials.Sustainable development concept is clear and deeply rooted.Therefore,it is considered that culture is fundamental to the economy.The reason why Chinese culture has a long vivid history and the Chinese economy can sustain development for thousands of years is that Chinese civilization concerns human civilization,and the core of Chinese culture is to benefit all the people.Therefore,as an important part of the study of governance,Chinese economics is different from other Chinese Studies in that it investigates and reveals how to help the people through the effective allocation of resources according to the principle of self-discipline and social commitment.Finally,it is pointed out that Chinese economics has three characteristics:it is an organic part of Chinese civilization;it is universal to solve global problems;and it can address predicaments of mankind systematically.Based on this,several important issues related to the all-round development of individuals and the sustainable progress of human beings are explained.
