人工全髋关节置换术中针对性手术室护理配合的应用效果

Application Effect of Targeted Operating Room Nursing Cooperation in Artificial Total Hip Replacement

目的探讨人工全髋关节置换术中针对性手术室护理配合的应用效果。方法选取人工全髋关节置换术患者100例,本院治疗,时间:2017年6月至2018年8月,随机分组,对照组50例,行常规护理,观察组50例,行针对性手术室护理。对比两组护理前后血压、呼吸、心率,手术输液量、输血量、手术时长及护理满意度。结果护理前,测量两组呼吸、血压及心率,测量值无明显差别(P>0.05),护理后观察组血压、呼吸和心率优于对照组(P<0.05);经护理,观察组术中输液量和输血量均比对照组少(P<0.05),观察组手术耗时比对照组短(P<0.05);比较护理评价,观察组护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对髋关节置换术患者实施针对性手术室护理,患者呼吸、血压和心率有明显改善,术中输液量和输血量减少,手术时间缩短,护理满意度较高,此护理方法可在临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted operating room nursing cooperation during total hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 100 patients with total hip arthroplasty were selected and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to August 2018.50 patients in the control group received routine nursing and 50 patients in the observation group received targeted operating room nursing.Blood pressure,respiration,heart rate,surgical infusion volume,blood transfusion volume,duration of surgery and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,breath,blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were measured,and there was no significant difference in measured values(P>0.05).After nursing,blood pressure,breath and heart rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the amount of intraoperative transfusion and transfusion in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the nursing evaluation,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with hip replacement surgery with targeted operating room nursing,patients with respiratory,blood pressure and heart rate significantly improved,intraoperative infusion and blood transfusion volume decreased,operation time shortened,nursing satisfaction is high,this nursing method can be promoted in clinical.
