医用皮肤表面缝合器在患者术后瘢痕管理中的应用

Application of medical skin surface suture apparatus in postoperative scar management of patients

目的探讨医用皮肤表面缝合器对抑制瘢痕增宽的效果。方法选取本科室2019年1月—8月的98例毛痣、瘢痕及面部挫裂伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组,对照组给予术后瘢痕常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上使用医用皮肤表面缝合器进行瘢痕预防管理,定期随访两组患者,随访至术后6个月时,对比两组患者瘢痕增宽、二次治疗发生情况及患者满意度。结果实验组的瘢痕增宽、二次治疗发生情况均低于对照组,实验组的患者满意度高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医用皮肤表面缝合器可抑制瘢痕增宽,同时降低患者二次治疗发生率,提高患者满意度,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of medical skin surface suture device on inhibiting scar widening.Methods Selected undergraduate room in January 2019 to August 98 hairy nevus,scarring and facial contusion patients as the research object,using the random number table method were divided into control group and experimental group,control group given postoperative scar routine care,experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing used medical skin suture scar prevention management,regular follow-up of patients in both groups.Follow-up to 6 months after surgery,scar widening,secondary treatment and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Scar widening and secondary treatment in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and patient satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical skin surface suture device can inhibit the widening of scar,reduce the incidence of secondary treatment and improve the satisfaction of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
