摘要
针对现有CHS软件整车线束连接正确性检查的仿真分析方法运算速度慢的问题,提出了一种快速线束连接正确性检查仿真方法。首先通过功能配置对整车电气系统进行划分,然后对各电气分系统进行失效模式相关性聚类,最后对各类电气系统进行功能仿真分析。经实验证明,本方法在保证检查准确率不明显下降的条件下,通过降低仿真运算次数可有效提高仿真分析运算速度,实现了常规计算机下运行CHS整车线束连接正确性检查。
Aiming at the problem of slow operation speed of the existing CHS simulation analysis method for automobile harness connection correctness inspection,a fast wiring harness connection correctness simulation method is proposed.Firstly,the automobile electrical system is divided through the function configuration.Thenthe failure mode correlation clustering is performed on each electrical subsystem to complete the grouping of the automobile electrical system.Finally perform functional simulation analysis on each group of electrical system.It has been verified by experiments that this method can effectively improve the speed of simulation analysisby reducing the number of simulation operations under the condition that the inspection accuracy rate is not significantly reduced.The correctness check of automobile harnessconnection by the CHSwith common computers is realized.
