摘要
北京地铁6号线西延04标段西黄村站C出入口原设计方案因桩撑明挖段作业空间受限、施工周期长且明挖基坑范围内存在3条地下管线,已不能满足实际工况需求。经方案比选分析,采取以倒挂井壁工法替代桩撑明挖工法和调整暗挖施工步骤的方案,安全高效、保质保量地完成了工程节点任务,降低了施工噪声,节约了管线改移和场区拆改扩建费用,取得了良好的社会效应和经济价值。
Due to limited working space,long construction period and 3 underground pipelines within the open excavation section of the open-cut section of the pile support,the original design plan for entrance and exit C of Xihuangcun Station in west extension 04 Section of Beijing Metro Line 6,can no longer meet the actual requirements.After comparison and analysis of the schemes,the inverted side wall construction method was adopted to replace the pile-supported open-cut construction method and the underground excavation construction steps were adjusted.The project node tasks were completed on time in a safe,efficient,quality and quantity-assured manner,construction noise was reduced,and costs for pipeline modification and relocation and site demolition,reconstruction and expansion were saved,and good social effects and economic value have been achieved.
